This is how it turned out after I added some lace, buttons, clay roses and a hanger. It is on ebay for sale but I'm keeping some to put around the house. I love these little houses and especially the ones a sweet lady named Rhea has made and put up for auction on her website. She paints wonderfully also!
This one is probably 50 or 60 years old and I want to learn how to make them so I can put more around my house and on the tree. Oooooh, so many things to learn and so little time!!!! Sigh........................

What a great little bell. Of course, you would paint it pink and it's perfect. Love the little putz house. It looks great. I think between the inspiration from you and Rhea, I could easily start a little house collection.
ReplyDeleteMiss Connie, This lil house is too cute for words!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm....now you have me thinkin... I have a couple that are blue and green and I don't display them because I don't like the colors. BUT.... if I give them an extreme home makeover I can shabby them up and I bet they would be so sweet in candy colors!
