Peeling Idaho Potatoes

Let me assure you right here and now that the very best potatoes in the world come from the southeastern part of Idaho. I've eaten them! They are so sweet you'll eat more of them so be very careful when you get to taste them. But how to peel a potato the easy way? Well, I'm gonna tell ya, chicks. Watch Dawn Wells, an Idaho girl, peel potatoes. Fascinating!

  7. That was MaryAnn!!?? How fabulous. Do you know I never use a potato peeler. My d-i-l is just amazed at that. I learned to use a paring knife early on to peel veggies. But I will have to try the boiling water method. (And tonite I will be watching all three shows. I am going to do what I hate that Bobby G. does and that's constantly flipping channels. :)

  11. Hi Connie, I'll have to look at this when I go to town tomorrow. The video's won't load out here in the country. Not enough bars on my wireless device.
I loved your bottles on your PS post and that print of Susan Rios is my favorite!
