Love Bunny was kind enough to go look at this vintage desk today I spotted on craigslist. He brought it home!!! Squeeeeeealllll!!! Okay, now I have to prime and paint it and add some roses. I'll probably do decals. I don't have the courage to paint it yet! Hah.........
That looks like a useful piece of furniture that you will no doubt make beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNO WAY!!! I've been scouting Craig, looking for a desk I can use since the armoire thing isn't working out so well. I like the mission style one, but it's too big for where I need it! lol

Hi Connie, it's beautiful the way it is now but, I'd love to see what you do with it. To remove my wallpaper I peel the top layer and just sprayed the paper underneath with plain water and it peeled right off. Deb

ReplyDeleteOMG I love this desk!! it looks so much like the one I had as a kid. My grandparents had it in their living room for many years, then painted it blue and I got it as a wonderful surprise. Only wish I still had it today!!
