This is an unscheduled post to thank all of you for the well wishes. I'm most appreciative of them. I have to say though that nothing is life threatening. I'm really fine. It's a problem with some muscles that are not working properly and it's been a real challenge exercising them. There are 3 sets of exercises that I have to do twice a day, plus get on the treadmill. I'm also experiencing some muscles that have grown "lazy" in my back and legs from sitting and reading so much. I absolutely hate exercising and this is coming from a woman who in the 80s was a fitness buff, jazzercizing 5 times a week for an hour! But I was 30 years younger. ;-) I do each of the 6 exercises 15 times and have almost gotten to the point I can't count above 15 anymore! :-) I'm guessing this is a trial for me to get busier? Hmmm?
So while this is unscheduled and am doing it at 10:20 am on Friday, the 11th of January, I have also promised to post nothing without the eye candy. So here are a few more photos but I'm skipping the text above the photos today to get it out there to thank you.
Remember, I have well over 7,200 pins on my Pinterest for you to see. Go and visit and follow if you'd like. I know you won't be disappointed with the eye candy there.

Just hang in there, Connie, and do your exercises. The long term benefit will be worthwhile. Of course, it's not easy. Nobody likes to exercise. But, in this case, it's an investment in your future. A healthy future. That's what I tell myself when I exercise.
ReplyDeleteI love that tree bed and the little nook with all those colourful cups, dishes, and boxes is like a dream. I love that picture window in the kitchen with the huge scarf serving as curtains. Well, thanks for the eye candy. Those photos have me dreaming beautiful dreams. Take care!
One exercise at a time, one day at a time. Improvement will come. Thanks for sharing so many lovely photos. Even if my home can't look exactly like these, even one or two ideas are great to try!
ReplyDeletehi sweetie
ReplyDeleteI hope your diligence in your exercises will help you feel much better. I know that it is hard to just get in there and get it done but hopefully by now, it is much easier. I am in the same boat. Having to drag myself to the gym to swim--it is the only exercise I can do with my condition. I love it when I get there, it is the getting there that is the difficult part. HA
take care
Prayers and hugs to you Connie...
ReplyDeletegetting mature isn't alot of fun but then I look at Jane Fonda and I think she exercises in her sleep....
I hate the stationery bike...I would rather be beat to near death than ride that thing.
You'll be fit in no time as you can do ALL things through Christ whom strengthens you.
xoxo
