I love these chairs but I'm afraid the wicker bottoms wouldn't be advantageous to my leg. But I'd sure love to have the slipcovers over the chairs at the bottom of this blog.
If only my bedroom were big enough to have a desk or bench at the end of my bed I'd fall over in glee. Truly I would.
A pretty little French country bedroom that you could probably find in most bed and breakfast inns of France.
Hiya Connie
ReplyDeleteLovely post as usual... Here's sending good wishes for your leg to get better!
Hugs
Claudia
Gorgeous rooms! Beautiful inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday! Merry Christmas!
Simply beautiful pictures as usual. I do hope you get the padded chair for your leg and that it heals fast. I used to have a desk at the end of my bed when I was in college. It was just a small desk. I eventually donated it but at times I miss my little desk. I don't have room in the house for it, but I did love the little desk.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful eye candy! Thanks for sharing! Happy PS!
ReplyDeleteOh, my...these are TRUE French rooms. I would LOVE to have every single one of them. bwaaaa
ReplyDeleteMerriest Christmas.
Your tempting me for a decor change, Connie ... so have enjoyed all these luscious rooms you've been sharing.
ReplyDeleteHappy PS ...
Have a lovely winter's eve ~
MERRY CHRISTMAS ~

Hi Connie,
ReplyDeleteAlways thinking of you and wanted to stop to let you know that! I hope you are feeling a little better this week.
Thank you for sharing such lovely boudoirs. I'm still partial to the soft pink and green rooms.
All my love and big hugs
Cath
I wish I could have a desk at the end of my bed too Connie. But what I did in my bedroom and the guest bedroom is have a desk and chair next to the bed that serves as the bedside table and writing desk. I like it a lot. Love all your photos. Just when I think I have country French down pat I see more photos that throw me off. Have a pretty pink weekend. xo Lynn
ReplyDeleteOh...I forgot to say yep that is Ms. Ava. Time flies doesn't it? She was a year old end of November.
ReplyDeleteJ'adore the sleigh bed with peppermint candy bedding (at least that's what it reminded me of). Thanks for stopping by & saying Hi! Yes, our "Santa" begins growing out his beard in October, for full effect. Hope you heal quickly!

Hi Connie,
ReplyDeleteI love these images and have some of them in my own inspiration files. I tore them out of some magazines a few years ago, and still love them.
Your white tree is stunning. I am so glad that you got your wish granted for one, because it IS lovely.

Hi Connie, I wanted to stop by and see how you're doing before going to bed. I hope the pain is getting better Sweetie. I'm praying for you to be pain free. Hope you don't overdo, I know it's hard for you to sit still. You're post is beautiful and I would be so happy with any of those gorgeous rooms.
ReplyDeleteHave a Holly Jolly Weekend. Warm big hugs...Tracy :)
Two things I've always wanted (and certainly won't get while we are living in this shoe box of a flat) is an armoire and a GENUINE Lit Bateaux (not one where the head & footboard are flat with end bits to imitate a bateaux bed). Sigh. What I really need is a boudoir. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday!
Hi Sweetie...another GREAT PINK Saturday post! Love all the French "pretties"!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous post, Connie...of course! :) Happy Pink Saturday and Merry Christmas, sweetie!

Lovely photos today. I think I could live in one of those rooms, but need to find some pink rooms to decorate. I have most of my things ready to put out, but the craft things have to go. Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Pink Saturday. Love and hugs, Pat
ReplyDeleteHi Connie, you did get an early start visiting. I hope your poor leg is improving. I do think you deserve some nice soft chairs. Smile. Love the photos and dreaming of beautiful changes in my decorating. HA! Not much chance on a retirement budget. Anyway, like you, I love my home just as it is.
