Lazy Today!

I have these tiny little ballerinas that I've been going to do something with for a long time and just haven't. The main reason is that I want to redo my craft/sewing room and hate to go in there really because it is so crowded. This dilemma will be solved in the next few months when there is no outside work for hubs to do and it's cool enough for him to go up into the overhead "attic" over our garages. I'm going to pack up some fabric and send it up there since I'm not sewing to sell on ebay anymore and that will give me a lot more room for crafting.

Off to practice rose painting or may just go look at the new mattress we've going to be buying. Just lazy today so not posting much. I was going to speak to an issue but decided not to..........yet. Maybe I will and maybe I won't. We'll see soon.

  1. I hear you about the craft/sewing room. Mine looks like it was hit by a tornado. I go in there and just move things around and it looks worse than when I started. I think you are onto something about packing up things you arn't currently involed in doing. I might give that a try. Nice to know I am not the only one who is frustrated by their suppossedlyl favorite room. TTFN rosesinwinter.blogspot.com

  7. An issue? Oh...I hope not bad. I love your little ballerinas. Connie I added the "new" plate to the "old" plate and I now have a fabulous "new" cake plate which I am sure I will use at Thanksgiving. :)

  8. Hi Connie,
How fun I always always ~~~ wanted a craft room, but I told myself self you need to learn how to do crafts first. There is a book call Where Women Creat. It's a great book and it is so motivated I wanted to get up and make my extra bedroom a craft room as soon as I was done with the book. But for now it's my grandkids play room and I'm happy with that.

  9. Hi Connie, I'm with you on the craft room, I'm working on it but not getting very far. I have the same little ballerinas, I thought I would make some faux cupcakes using them but have more than I will ever use. Maybe I should sell some.
    Love ya,Shirl

  11. You are always the one to leave us with intrigue . . .

You sound like you have a pleasant, enjoyable life with time to do the things you want to do. I hope to have a craft room one day, though a child will have to move out for that to happen and I'm in NO rush for that.

Anxious to hear what you have to say about the issue on your mind.
