Jack and I have been married over 46 years now and I just thought you might like to see some "vintage" cake toppers! This is my wedding ("weeding" now!) bouquet and the 2 cake toppers we had on our wedding cake and shower cake when we got married. Looks kinda sad but I display all of them on a shelf in my living room. See what you can do with making your home entirely yours?!?! No one else in this world has the exact thing and they all mean a great deal to me. :-) Decorate with anything and everything!
How special Connie! I love them and love that you display them! I have Chad and my tarnished heart candelabra centerpieces displayed and though they are tarnished, I would NEVER think of not displaying them! They are very important to us as I know your cake toppers are to you! These special things should be displayed, not in a box somewhere!
You've been married over 46 years. And we are coming up on our 49th Ann. this November. How lovely to know that we are both 'Ladies Of A Certain Age.' :-)
I really wanted to be beautiful and sexy but got stuck with being humorous and shapely instead. My dream job is Tech Writer. Yes, I said Tech Writer. I am a techie! Such is life. But I am truly a blessed chick. I left the corporate world of California in 1991 to live a more serene lifestyle and haven't regretted it for one moment. I have been married to the same man since 1961. We have 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-granddaughters. I live my life in exclamation points!
I love blogging and sharing thoughts on life, my life, ramblings and gorgeous photos. There are no politics on this blog. I speak of my religion sometimes but that's it for religion, and there will never be ads on here. I want this blog to be a serene and celestial place for you, my readers, to enjoy and rest from the frantic pace of the world. I hope you do so with all my heart. I also have a huge amount of eye candy on here. I'm rarely boring.

Oh, I love this, Connie Sue. So beautiful. I'm such a sucker for anything sentimental. That's more precious than gold!
