Again, to those of you new to my blog read the first 2 paragraphs of this post to explain why I'm doing a series on Couture for a brief time. Then go read this post for another bit of explanation. It will make sense.
Enjoy these gorgeous creations also!

Hi Connie! Hope you're not in too much pain today. Do take your pain killers, please. It's very bad not to take pain killers when we need them. I can't remember the reason at the moment but I read about it some time ago and it made a lot of sense.
ReplyDeleteI love all the dresses. Those who model them must be so proud when they are attired in such fine garments. It must have taken ages to cut all those little pieces of candy coloured fabric on the pic before the last one. The last one, the red and black one, brought to mind the movie Zorro! Ha Ha Ha! I don't know why. I saw that movie a long time ago and I suppose that perhaps the main actress (I can't remember her name,) must have been wearing a dress something like that one. Anyways, the dress is very dramatic and when I was young, I loved dramatic clothes. I still do as a matter of fact. I would love to be allowed to wear one of those dresses and promenade down that (I'm having so many blanks today. You know that large walkway that models walk down and there are people sitting on both sides admiring the clothes). I would feel like a queen for a day. Well, hope I gave you a good laugh with my memory blanks. Take care! Laughter is good for the soul and it's good for the pain. It makes us forget our pains and our troubles and we all have them!
Ah...to have a figure to wear these gowns! Sigh! Stunning!
