Better Things To Do????

One would think I definitely had better things to do, but some days you just want to be mindless. Right? Right! This was one of those days. Love Bunny and I went to WM and to Costco for a few things. By the time we got home out of a rain downpour with SNOW—yes, snow—I just wanted to veg out with mindless things. You know what I mean—the kind of thing you just don't have to put much intent or thought into. This was the result: a little shallow bowl in my guest bath with soaps in it. Now, these are not ordinary soaps; they are gift soaps with the most awesome scents you've ever smelled plus 2 gift soaps from my friend, Jenn. They are over a year old but still fragrance up that bath. Also, I thought the little bowl needed to be elevated to its regal position on a pedestal on the countertop. What think you, chicks?

My Friend Katie

I want to talk about my friend, Katie. Are you listening, Kates??? She made this for me when she heard I was going to be a great-grandmother. Can you believe it? Yes, she is one of the most giving chicks I know. She will always surprise me with something in the mail for no other reason than she is just giving. She became a grandmother for the first time 2 years ago this summer to a darling little munchkin. Katie also picks the Magic Cart at WM. The Magic Cart just seems to attract little girl dresses that just seem to magically appear on the cart! I think I'm beginning to understand the Magic Cart business. ;-)

Roses for Sale

I've decided to start selling these roses. Not only are they paper roses but I've added rose fragrance to them and they smell like the vintage roses. Is that the word? You rose lovers will know. Vintage, old-fashioned or old time roses? Something like that. BUT I guarantee you won't be disappointed. They will be special ordered and can be done in pink, red, yellow or can be a combination of colors on one rose, beautiful plain white ones or white with color tipped edges. I can only do so much so don't expect miracles. They truly are lovely in person. Leaves are included. These will be "Forever Roses." You may go here to purchase them.

Little Door Hanger for Pink Saturday 4/10/2010

I whipped up this little door hanger recently. It could also be hung from a ceiling. I think I'm going to sell this so go here to purchase it if you want it so badly you just can't live without it!
